Company and brand performance management requires the completion of certain formal performance reviews throughout the year.

All formal performance reviews must be documented in writing, completed in Talent EssilorLuxottica.  After you complete an employee’s formal performance review form and the ratings have been finalized, you should meet with the employee to deliver his/her performance review.  Employees should complete an Individual Development Plan (IDP) (be located in Talent EssilorLuxottica under “Development”) prior to the performance review meeting.
