Employees who are issued FCARs are subject to certain employment-related restrictions:
- Ineligible for transfer or promotion for one (1) year from the date of FCAR execution, unless approved by the employee’s field manager and HR business partner (exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis)
- Ineligible to apply for or participate in a OneSight mission if FCAR execution date is within 12 months of application or mission departure
- FCARs remain “active” for 12 months from the execution date; employees who continue to demonstrate unacceptable performance/behavior within this 12-month period may be issued another FCAR, or be subject to termination of employment, as determined on a case-by-case basis
