Unauthorized discounting is a serious violation of the Company's expectations and policies. Gather copies of the transactions at issue and contact your Regional Manager for guidance and for the appropriate Asset Protection Manager to contact. Asset Protection will discuss an investigation strategy with you, which may include recovery of the product or repayment of the unauthorized discount.
If Asset Protection does not conduct an investigation, submit all relevant information via Employee Relations e-Service and partner with your Regional Manager. Please refer here to determine if Employee Relations support is required before proceeding.
