After all pre-employment screening has been successfully completed be sure to move the candidate to pre-board status in Talent EssilorLuxottica Recruiting.  Once the new hire is moved to pre-board status, the new hire will receive an e-mail that includes a link and password to access the pre-boarding system.

New hires should be informed that they must log in to the pre-boarding system to complete important new hire documents, including tax forms and Section 1 of the Form I-9, before their start date.

Once a candidate is placed into pre-board status, the requisition will automatically close. Therefore, it is very important to Disposition any remaining candidates before placing hired candidate into pre-board status. If there are multiple openings included on a single requisition, the requisition will not automatically close until the final opening has been Filled.
