One of the benefits for EssilorLuxottica employees is that the Company has sister Brands at which employees can pick up extra hours, as needed. This benefits both the employees and the Company overall, as it helps support the needs of our customers. Please keep in mind:

  • Employees are encouraged to be flexible with their schedule availability.
  • When filling positions at a sister Brand, the employee’s first responsibility is to his or her home store’s scheduling needs.
  • Employees should not be penalized for not being able to meet a last minute schedule change to cover a home store coverage issue.

Please be familiar with your Brand's attendance standards.

 

Managers:

  • If you are aware of your employee wanting to pick up hours at a sister Brand, the best practice is to contact the store manager of that Brand to see what their scheduling needs are and coordinate accordingly.
  • Managers need to be flexible with our employees and cooperative with the needs of our sister Brands.
  • Ask your employee to keep an up to date Availability Form filled out and on file at both their home store and store they are helping out.
  • Communication is key; Posting store schedules well in advance is better for both the Company and its employees.
