How do I add or drop dependents?
You can drop or add your dependents during Annual Enrollment (AE) for the next calendar year or after a Qualifying Status Event, such as marriage, divorce or the birth of a child. Please contact the EssilorLuxottica Human Resource Service Center at 866-431-8484 for specific requirements.
How long can dependent children stay on my plan?
Dependent children are allowed to stay on their parents plan until they turn 26, even if they have access to other coverage or are married. Dependents of dependent children (spouse, grandchild), are not permitted to be covered under the parent’s plan.
