The hiring phase consists of the following:

  1. Hiring manager/Recruiter reviews candidates, makes the hiring decision and dispositions any remaining candidates
  2. Hiring manager/Recruiter creates contingent job offer details
  3. Hiring manager/Recruiter sends contingent job offer details for necessary approvals
  4. Hiring manager/Recruiter extends contingent job offer
  5. Candidate verbally accepts contingent job offer
  6. Hiring manager/Recruiter generates the offer letter and emails to the Candidate
  7. Candidate accepts the offer online
