My Complimentary Eyewear Certificate did not arrive, how can I get mine?

Please contact your Supervisor or Manager and/or Human Resources. The Supervisor/Manager must submit a request to compeyewear@alight.com. Replacement Certificates are issued once a month and will be sent directly to your home address that’s on file.

As part of EssilorLuxottica’s Total Rewards package, on each yearly anniversary, employees get one free pair of EssilorLuxottica glasses or sunglasses! The 2023 Complimentary Eyewear Certificate Eligible Frame List applies to both annual Complimentary Eyewear Certificates and Milestone Certificates (every five, 10, 15 years, etc.).
