Contact local authorities if you believe there was a break-in or an unauthorized person in the location.  Do not enter the location until law enforcement deems it safe.  Determine if any product, Company property or funds are missing or damaged.  Contact The Command Center to report any losses and damage.  If applicable, determine the reason for the key holder's failure to lock the gate.

Contact your RM/RSM and RMAP to report missing/stolen store keys, tablets, veriphone, etc. If these items are missing due to a break in contact the Command Center.

If a keyholder fails to return their key or you feel the current system has been compromised, utilize the InstaKey system to rekey your store.  Contact your RMAP for questions.

Submit all relevant information via Employee Relations e-Service and partner with your Regional Manager. Please refer here to determine if Employee Relations support is required before proceeding.
