Health and wellness benefits are available to eligible part-time and full-time employees and their dependents.  Benefit options vary for part-time and full-time employees.

U.S. Benefits

Luxotttica’s benefit provider, Alight, is launching new communication resources. These new tools are being put in place for employees to receive answers to their benefit questions quickly and efficiently. Employees can reach out to Alight for any benefit questions (i.e., status of medical cards, open enrollment, dependent verification, etc.) by phone, web chat or their website.

Here’s how to connect with Alight today:

  • Call 1-866-431-8484 (select option #1, #3, #1)
  • Open a ticket online with customer service by going to www.benefits.luxottica.com  and selecting “Your Help Requests”
  • Chat live with Alight by going to the “Contact Us” page on the website and selecting any of the first three tiles (Health Insurance, Report a Death or General Information), and click “Chat With Us” on the righthand side of the page

Canada Benefits 

Luxottica’s benefit provider, SEB, has multiple communication resources available for employees to receive answers to their benefit questions quickly and efficiently.
Beginning on April 4, 2022, employees can reach out to SEB for any benefit questions by phone or their website.
